ALMASA User Guide
Quick start
Create your kindergarten account, then add classes, teachers, and children. Each kindergarten gets a unique ID, and every child and teacher a personal matricule.
Manager guide
From the dashboard: manage children, teachers, classes, and parents, record attendance, confirm payments, and follow reports and the activity log.
Teacher guide
From the teacher app: your class, attendance (or by QR scan), publishing the day's activity with photos, and recording growth and mood notes for each child.
Parent guide
From the parent app: the daily smart message, the growth journey, the digital portfolio, the attendance code, and renewing or upgrading the package.
Subscription & fees
The admin creates packages for each kindergarten, the manager assigns them to children, and the parent renews with a monthly payment confirmed by the manager.
API
REST API secured by Sanctum. Token-based authentication, and isolation between kindergartens guaranteed across three layers.
